My son saw these robots named Android in Digital Life newspaper and requested me to make them for his birthday celebration in school. Not a bad idea, I thought. Though I need more time to create them, it is definitely easier to tidy up in school. There are chicken nuggets and jellies too. He has specifically said he wanted the konnyaku cos the last time the children had not enough of them. hee..hee...It must be yummy!
It brings joy to me to see all the children admiring and discussing about the robots and enjoying themselves! "Can they be eated?" asked one of the boys. I smiled and replied, "of course!"
Dinosaur Birthday Cake
This dinosaur cake is specially baked for my son's 8th birthday bbq party.
This dinosaur is made up of 2 9" chocolate sponge cakes. Hence, there are lots of cutting and trimmings to be done. The two layers of chocolate sponge are sandwiched with chocolate fudge. Lots of work! I am satisfied with the final output and there are compliments that the cake was yummy.
Hope to make more of such cakes. Already thinking of making a poney cake....hmmmm...
Red Bean Snail Buns & Dark & White Choco Chip Cookies
There are no preservatives added in the bread but they maintain their softness and freshness for 2 days.
My son has been requesting for cookies and I kept my promise that I will bake for him after his exams. I believe all moms are paranoid during this crucial exam fever period. :p
Hope you enjoy them, Son!

Rainbow and sunshine cupcakes
I baked another batch of cupcakes for a special friend with an intention to surprise him. Eeeee....but I don't think there is any surprise elements. I understand from him that he cannot comsume too much solid food. But I hope these little cupcakes will bring some joy to him. :)
Wishing him good health!
