Pandan Chiffon Cake
Hubby like this cake very much cos it is soft and light. He had this for breakfast and also packed a slice for his tea break too. Most importantly, minus the artifical taste and is good for my family.
My elder son helped to prepare this cake too ! Thank you boy!
He said, "Mama, like cotton wool like that. " He made my day man! :)
My mil said she had two slices too !

Light Mango Pudding
One afternoon, I felt like eating mango pudding but not those rich flavoured ones....
Hence, made these milky pudding with cubes of fresh mangoes. I like the taste of it and it goes well especially after a dinner. But my boys would prefer almond jellies. As some consolation, my buddy like them. :) Would like to thank my buddy's husband who dropped by to pick the dessert.

Bread
Luncheon Meat Caterpillar
Tatsumoto Arabiki Pork Sausage
I find great satisfaction baking these bread when I see my three boys at home enjoyed them so much. Though I would prefer baking cakes than bread due to the long waiting process.
Tatsumoto Arabiki Pork Sausage
I find great satisfaction baking these bread when I see my three boys at home enjoyed them so much. Though I would prefer baking cakes than bread due to the long waiting process.
Immediately after dinner, the youngest boy requested for his favourite Tatsumoto Arabiki Pork sausage bread. I sliced a small portion for him and he finished it up quickly. The rest was gobbled up by my second boy.
The bread is still soft and fluffy the next morning. My eldest "boy" brought to office for snack.
Hope to try out more new bread.......
