Red Bean Bun

I made these bun using the old bun recipe but this time with red bean filling.
After much try and error...came out with a flower design.
Was very happy with the outcome and tasted nice too!

Pandan Chiffon Cake

Hubby like this cake very much cos it is soft and light. He had this for breakfast and also packed a slice for his tea break too. Most importantly, minus the artifical taste and is good for my family.
My elder son helped to prepare this cake too ! Thank you boy!

He said, "Mama, like cotton wool like that. " He made my day man! :)

My mil said she had two slices too !

Zebra Cake

I made this especially for my buddy. She came to my house yesterday. I am really happy since we have not met up for quite some time other than our ususal chats over the phone.

She just told me that she ate half the loaf herself! Hey D , you are my best supporter!

My elder son is going to her Gu Gu's house overnight. These are his supper or breakfast which ever he prefers. I know that Gu Gu's house has plenty of snacks for him but you know....mother is always like this. :P

If you are wondering how it looks like inside.......here you go....the naked truth.

Pork Floss Bread

Aren't they cute? Hope they will entice my son to eat them for breakfast.

Zebra Cake

The chocolate in this cake is a nice combination with the vanilla portion. Can't describe the taste. You will know what I mean if you have a bite of it. Let me know if you are interested! The chocolate is not too sweet but REALLY chocolate taste! Yum!

Strawberry Peach cake

Fruit Tarts

My younger son likes these fruit tarts and I made them again especially for him. As a mother we will always want our children to eat well. It is always better to eat home baked stuff as I am sure of the ingredients that are put together plus the fresh fruits!

Japanese Walnut and ChocoChip

This is my personal favourite. I love the fragrant rum taste and the combination of choco chips and walnut. A slice of this together with a cuppa...wow...what a great afternoon tea.

Eggless Almond flakes and Cranberries cupcake

To my surprise this eggless cupcake is comparable to those with eggs! The top is crispy and the inside is soft. Will make these again.

Light Mango Pudding

One afternoon, I felt like eating mango pudding but not those rich flavoured ones....

Hence, made these milky pudding with cubes of fresh mangoes. I like the taste of it and it goes well especially after a dinner. But my boys would prefer almond jellies. As some consolation, my buddy like them. :) Would like to thank my buddy's husband who dropped by to pick the dessert.

Bread

Luncheon Meat Caterpillar

Tatsumoto Arabiki Pork Sausage

I find great satisfaction baking these bread when I see my three boys at home enjoyed them so much. Though I would prefer baking cakes than bread due to the long waiting process.
Immediately after dinner, the youngest boy requested for his favourite Tatsumoto Arabiki Pork sausage bread. I sliced a small portion for him and he finished it up quickly. The rest was gobbled up by my second boy.
The bread is still soft and fluffy the next morning. My eldest "boy" brought to office for snack.
Hope to try out more new bread.......
