My husband had invited his buddies to our humble house for Christmas gathering. I had prepared these cakes 2 days before and freezed them. But I didn't bake them cos we had too much food plus there is Santa Clause cake.

Just baked one a while ago to satisfy my desire to see how the cake will turn out.

Bingo! It is really yummy. My Da loves it! I will be baking the rest of the cakes for the family after dinner. Cheerios!

Strawberry Sandwich Cake

Decided to practise my sponge cake again. Hence done up this simple cake for the children.
