This cheese cake took an hour and a half to be ready. But the wait is worth it. It is light and cottony soft in the mouth. It gives another kind of feel when I ate in chilled. Will attempt for the children again.
I love to bake and trying out new recipes. After I became a "house manager" to look after my two princes, I am really glad to be able to start my hobby again. :)
