Banana & Chocolate Chip Muffins
The first batch I baked was chocolate chip.
Since I have 2 riped bananas which cannot be
kept till tomorrow, decided to add in the
bananas together with chocolate rice and chip.
My husband and children love it.
Kept for tomorrow's breakfast and it still tasted
fresh and delicious. Will bake more next time...

Konnyaku Jelly
Konnyaku Jelly - Logan and Agar Agar Chunks
Konnyaku is known for its high fibre content and good for our intestine.
This is everyone's favourite in my family.
It is thirst quenching and cooling after a meal especially after a BBQ session.
I enjoy making this dessert for my friends for BBQ, parties, gathering sessions etc... :)

Doggie Cookies
I was discussing with my elder son what will he do to show his appreciation to his teachers this coming Teachers' Day. Ideas like self-made cards, flowers, chocolates etc... Then I said a hug and tell your teacher "Thank You".
He said yuks! Hahaha.... boyz!
"Oh! I remember baking doggie cookies for my K2 teachers last time, can we make them again?"
At this moment, memorable feelings came to me. The time where he messed up the kitchen while trying to help mould cookies. Really, nothing can replace enjoyable experiences with our children.
Hence, decided to bake this with him again.
Doggie Cookies
Ingredients:-
Flour, sugar, chocolate chip, chocolate rice and Koko Crunch.
